Y mae pentref Pistyll wedi cael ei leoli yn uchel uwchben arfordir Gogleddol Llyn, rhwng Nefyn a Llithfaen, ar y B4417. Mae'n sefyll ar lethrau Moel Ty-Gwyn.

The village of Pistyll lies high above the North coast of Llyn between Nefyn and Llithfaen on the B4417. It clings to the side of the Igneous outcrop of Moel Ty-Gwyn.
